Dealing with lockdown with Asperger's

How have I been dealing with the lockdown? Well I just don't stress about it. Sure I can't do most of the things that I normally do to take the stress out of my life such as going to socialize in the pub or to the cinema with my friends and God knows that dealing with family for a long period of time, not being able to get your own space can take a toll on people with Asperger's and Autism. How do I deal with my family over a long period of being cooped up. My coping mechanism is to stay out of the way and watch Amazon prime and Netflix. Sure it isn't very sociable but it means that I have to deal with less stress when my sister throws a hissy fit when something doesn't go right or my mother getting annoyed because there was something that I forgot to do. To all you fellow Aspies and autistic fellows out there each and everyone of us will have our own coping mechanisms that work for us. Keep up the good work and lockdown will soon be over.
